About The Wine
This blend was made from a selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, from the regions of Franschhoek, Elgin and Robertson, choosing the juices which express the most fruity and round characteristics each harvest. A portion of the blend also comes from reserve wines from previous vintages, further contributing to its fruity dimensions. This wine spends a minimum of 12 months on the lees at a constant temperature of 14°C before release. Drink within two years.
This is a versatile "breakfast" bubbly, perfect to drink on its own or with a bit of orange juice to go with your fry up. Guaranteed to a great start to the day!
