About the Product
This whisky is malt-driven, 90% of the mash bill is malted barley, with a sprinkling of corn and rye. Some of the barley is peated, but done lightly so that the peat serves as a grounding for other flavours rather than a presence. Its main characteristic is its multiple maturations in several types of barrels: ex-bourbon, sherry, wine and new French oak. Juicy, fruity, and softly elegant, you may not know you are drinking whisky.
