About The Wine
A brilliant yellow-gold colour exhibits the classic hues of wooded Chardonnay. The nose shows vibrant lemon and lime with a hint of oak and butterscotch. On the palate the wine is bright and concentrated, with a very full, but balanced mouthfeel, that concludes with a long, hazelnut finish. This wine has been aged in the cellar long enough to be enjoyed in its youth, but it will develop a more savoury and rounded character as it matures in the bottle.
John Platter Wine Guide 4.5 Stars: “A fantastic newcomer! Exceptional flavour and intensity; honey-suckle and citrus layered with oatmeal; rich and broad, cream textured thanks to year in oak… Subtly polished, harmonius and silky.”
